I’m ready to call Eureka and order up a new sun. Ours appears to be broken. And the forecast for fixing it wasn’t good on NPR this morning. Who would have thought we needed SAD lights in the summer?

so now i know, i’m not moving to London or the Pacific Northwest…and on another note, this weather saps the motivation out of me. I graduated over a month ago, have no job (and no prospects) but the weather makes me content to stay in my PJs and in bed all day long.

PLEASE BRING THE SUN BACK! SOMEONE!

Was just reading on Boston.com about how to build an ark -http://www.boston.com/news/weather/gallery/070209_ark/Now if I could just get my hands on enough Gopherwood . . .

Mappy: I saw the diagram in the paper today and laughed hysterically….but somehow I think the condo association would not appreciate me building an ark

Is it bad that I actually don’t mind the rain? I’m not fan of the lightning/thunder, but the showers haven’t been bothering me. I’d rather it be cool and raining than hot, sunny, and muggy.

You think THAT’s bad? We were on vacation at the Cape for 3 weeks, and had only 2, count ‘em, 2, nice days! Came back early because we couldn’t stand it any more!
