It just goes to prove that if an article of clothing calls to you (in a persistant way, of course), you must answer the call.
I had a similar experience with a vintage suede shearling coat. It looks like “Brokeback Mountain” meets “Hair” (Wow. *There’s* a sequel for you.) and when I wear it I feel like the Fashion Gods are gifting me points for style and daring.
