Why, ’tis the Christmas Frog!
The Christmas Frog makes me feel a little better about a choice I made on the tour. I was going on a Christmas tour, after all, so it’s not like I was going to get all militantly Jewish about anything. However, when the trolley guide suggested we sing “Joy to the World,” I’m afraid I couldn’t help but call out, “Jeremiah was a bullfrog!”
The other occupants were too drunk to notice. But now I know that Jeremiah the Christmas Frog probably heard me, and appreciated my efforts. Merry Christmas, Jeremiah. Enjoy that fine wine of yours.

Sleep in heavenly peas, Jeremiah!
I was listening to the all-Christmas music station recently (my kids insist!), and there was a mash-up of both versions of Joy to the World. It was awesome. I only wish I had caught the artist.
