And yet, one that I am proud of. My friend and I managed to keep an online Scrabble game confined to the top half of the board until there were no more tiles left in the bag:

That’s a thing of beauty!
I’m even more impressed with the number of words and variant spellings that I didn’t recognize!
That is impressive: you should be proud of it!
The interesting thing I find about on line Scrabble (I play the Words With Friends version via iPad) is the ability to assemble the highest scoring possibility based on one’s tiles and the available spaces, and fling letters at the board until it accepts something. One doesn’t need to know the word, and even spellchecker may not accept it in the normal course of events (I got a lot of points with the combination “noo” this morning, no “what’s noo with you” jokes need apply) but if the on-line game’s dictionary passes the combination, you’re in. The on line games are less about the breadth of one’s vocabulary and more about strategic use of available tools.
